Ji\u017e po narozen\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte do rodiny \u201cse to jde zap\u00edt\u201d. Na rodinn\u00fdch oslav\u00e1ch dosp\u011bl\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti d\u011bt\u00ed pij\u00ed \u010dasto bez m\u00edry, na v\u00fdlet\u011b si po v\u00fdkonu d\u00e1me pivo, k ned\u011bln\u00edmu ob\u011bdu pat\u0159\u00ed jedno orosen\u00e9, tak\u017ee d\u011bti se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed s podnapil\u00fdmi lidmi vlastn\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u011b. Nerada bych vypadala jako purit\u00e1n, v\u0161ichni dob\u0159e v\u00edme, pro\u010d po skleni\u010dce dobr\u00e9ho v\u00edna \u010di kvalitn\u00edho piva s\u00e1hneme. Jen je vhodn\u00e9 si bez obalu \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee n\u00e1s alkohol prov\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00edce, ne\u017e si mo\u017en\u00e1 n\u011bkdy uv\u011bdomujeme. P\u0159itom nen\u00ed prok\u00e1zan\u00fd jedin\u00fd pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek alkoholu na zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka. Spole\u010densky je ale tato droga siln\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1na a obhajov\u00e1na. Pokud si s p\u0159\u00e1teli ned\u00e1te pivo \u010di v\u00edno, budou se pt\u00e1t pro\u010d, budou v\u00e1s zasyp\u00e1vat dal\u0161\u00edmi ot\u00e1zkami a budou v\u00e1s d\u00e1l vystavovat tomu, \u017ee se mus\u00edte vlastn\u011b obhajovat. To se u jin\u00e9 spole\u010densky akceptovan\u00e9 drogy nestane. Neku\u0159\u00e1ka ke kou\u0159en\u00ed nikdo nep\u0159emlouv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b rozd\u00edl v m\u00ed\u0159e pit\u00ed. I pokud pijeme alkohol v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b, k n\u011bjak\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, je vhodn\u00e9 nenastavovat to d\u00edt\u011bti jako normu. To, co rezonuje spole\u010dnost\u00ed, a je to tak spr\u00e1vn\u011b, je pit\u00ed nealkoholick\u00fdch piv d\u011btmi. Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee v nealkoholick\u00fdch pivech je \u010dasto stopov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed alkoholu, kter\u00fd po\u0161kozuje spr\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj mozku d\u00edt\u011bte, zvyk\u00e1me d\u011bti na pit\u00ed piva jako spole\u010densk\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje od ran\u00e9ho v\u011bku. Psychologick\u00fd efekt je obrovsk\u00fd a nem\u011bli bychom ho podce\u0148ovat.<\/p>\n<p>Opravdu velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v rodin\u00e1ch, kde je alkohol na denn\u00edm po\u0159\u00e1dku, a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pak tam, kde m\u00edra p\u0159ekra\u010duje hranice. Chov\u00e1n\u00ed opil\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je pro d\u00edt\u011b naprosto ne\u010diteln\u00e9. Nev\u00ed, jakou emoci bude rodi\u010d projevovat &#8211; bude m\u00edt dobrou n\u00e1ladu a hlasit\u011b se sm\u00e1t? Co kdy\u017e se to pak ale rychle zm\u011bn\u00ed a bude k\u0159i\u010det? Co kdy\u017e upadne? Usne a nepovede se ho vzbudit? A znovu jsme u t\u00e9matu strachu a ne\u010ditelnosti. Plus zde je\u0161t\u011b hraje roli opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Opil\u00fd rodi\u010d se o d\u00edt\u011b pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nezvl\u00e1dne dostate\u010dn\u011b postarat, v rodin\u00e1ch alkoholik\u016f \u010dasto star\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti p\u0159ej\u00edmaj\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di o sv\u00e9 sourozence.<\/p>\n<p>Toto t\u00e9ma je velmi \u0161irok\u00e9, stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed by vysta\u010dilo na samostatn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek (knihu, studii, dokument\u00e1rn\u00ed seri\u00e1l). Ale stejn\u011b jako ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, tak i ka\u017ed\u00e1 situace jde vy\u0159e\u0161it. Jen n\u011bkdy nen\u00ed v sil\u00e1ch jedince, aby si pomohl s\u00e1m. A \u0159\u00edct si o pomoc, to nen\u00ed slabost. Je to naopak projev obrovsk\u00e9 s\u00edly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>napsala Mgr. Pokud v rodin\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k h\u00e1dk\u00e1m, pocit, kter\u00fd d\u011bti nej\u010dast\u011bji za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, je strach. Kdy\u017e se to takhle \u0159ekne, m\u016f\u017eeme si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 jen o strach z rodi\u010de, kter\u00fd na toho druh\u00e9ho k\u0159i\u010d\u00ed. Ale m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o strach o sebe sama, o rodi\u010de (jednoho, druh\u00e9ho, oba) \u010di sourozence. A s t\u00edm ruku v ruce p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed nejistota, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b jistota a bezpe\u010d\u00ed je to, co dovoluje d\u00edt\u011bti zdrav\u011b se rozv\u00edjet. Kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee jeho \u201cdoma\u201d je bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edsto. \u017dit\u00ed v neust\u00e1l\u00fdch obav\u00e1ch z k\u0159iku m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt velk\u00fd vliv na budouc\u00ed rozvoj osobnosti. A je vhodn\u00e9 zde tak\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee takov\u00fd model, jak\u00fd uk\u00e1\u017eeme sv\u00fdm d\u011btem, mohou pak p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et do sv\u00fdch budouc\u00edch vztah\u016f, a to jak partnersk\u00fdch, tak p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e doma doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u010dast\u00fdm h\u00e1dk\u00e1m, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b ujistit, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o v\u011bci v r\u00e1mci dosp\u011bl\u00fdch vztah\u016f, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou h\u00e1dek. Pokud budu \u010derpat ze zku\u0161enosti, mohu \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee a\u010dkoli se n\u00e1m jako dosp\u011bl\u00fdm m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t obsah h\u00e1dky jasn\u00fd, d\u011bti maj\u00ed \u010dasto tendence jako p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu h\u00e1dek rodi\u010d\u016f ur\u010dit sebe. Ostatn\u00ed v\u011bci jsou abstraktn\u00ed, kde\u017eto j\u00e1 s\u00e1m jsem konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed. A ani\u017e si to uv\u011bdomujeme, pokud d\u011btem l\u017eeme, uv\u00e1d\u00edme je v tento omyl my sami. V\u017eijme se t\u0159eba do situace, \u017ee jsme d\u00edt\u011b z rodiny, kde jsou h\u00e1dky jako b\u011b\u017en\u00fd komunika\u010dn\u00ed kan\u00e1l. Odjeli jsme na t\u00e1bor, celou dobu se boj\u00edme, co se d\u011bje doma. Mal\u00e1 le\u017e, velk\u00fd rozsah \u0161kod. Terapeutka Hana Hnili\u010dkov\u00e1 je toho d\u016fkazem. B\u00fdval\u00e1 advok\u00e1tka a m\u00e1ma t\u0159\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed se po mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 rozhodla v\u00fdznamn\u011b oto\u010dit sm\u011br. \u201eM\u011bla jsem pocit, \u017ee se mus\u00edm rychle vr\u00e1tit do pr\u00e1ce, abych nep\u0159i\u0161la o n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011b vybudovanou profesn\u00ed kari\u00e9ru, moje t\u011blo se ale br\u00e1nilo a rozbolela m\u011b z\u00e1da. Byla jsem na tom tak zle, \u017ee jsem nemohla sed\u011bt ani st\u00e1t, jen le\u017eet na tvrd\u00e9 podlo\u017ece,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 na obdob\u00ed, kter\u00e9 j\u00ed udalo nov\u00fd sm\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>Zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my ji donutily k rozhodnut\u00ed n\u00e1stup do pr\u00e1ce posunout. V tom okam\u017eiku bolesti r\u00e1zem ustoupily. Tehdy se ocitla na workshopu veden\u00e9m metodou Core Energetics a pr\u00e1v\u011b tam si uv\u011bdomila, \u017ee kdy\u017e se j\u00ed zp\u00e1tky do advokacie a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota v n\u00ed nechce, tak tam prost\u011b nemus\u00ed. A dok\u00e1zala to. Rozhodla se opustit jistotu. Po n\u011bkolika dal\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edch v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch si ke \u010dty\u0159ic\u00e1t\u00fdm narozenin\u00e1m nad\u011blila terapeutick\u00fd v\u00fdcvik v metod\u011b Core Energetics, \u010dty\u0159i roky studovala v Nizozem\u00ed a p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety otev\u0159ela sd\u00edlen\u00e9 prostory pro terapeuty Slunn\u00e1 27, Therapy centrum, kde se c\u00edt\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Co v\u0161e n\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed?<\/strong><br \/>\nRozhodnut\u00ed n\u00e1s nasm\u011bruje. Cel\u00fd \u017eivot \u010din\u00edme rozhodnut\u00ed a ta n\u00e1s postupn\u011b dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed tam, kde pr\u00e1v\u011b jsme. Vyb\u00edr\u00e1me si z velk\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly mo\u017enost\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed bol\u00ed, proto\u017ee vol\u00edm jednu z mnoha mo\u017enost\u00ed. T\u00edm, \u017ee jsem si vybrala jednu, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00edm o ty ostatn\u00ed. Proto se \u010dasto nechceme rozhodnout. P\u0159esto i to je rozhodnut\u00ed. Rozhoduji se, \u017ee si nevyberu. Z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed mi r\u016fzn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti a nevyd\u00e1v\u00e1m se ur\u010dit\u00fdm sm\u011brem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee abychom se skute\u010dn\u011b rozhodli, mus\u00edme mnohdy vynalo\u017eit spoustu s\u00edly\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nBeru to tak, \u017ee p\u0159ijet\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed je projevem s\u00edly. V\u011bt\u0161inou toti\u017e nev\u00edme, kam p\u0159esn\u011b n\u00e1s na\u0161e rozhodnut\u00ed p\u0159ivede. Je to v\u017edycky trochu krok do nezn\u00e1ma. Te\u010f m\u00e1m na mysli velk\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad volbu \u017eivotn\u00edho partnera, volbu povol\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159i takov\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00edch je t\u0159eba poslechnout vlastn\u00ed intuici. Jak se c\u00edt\u00edm, kdy\u017e \u0159eknu dan\u00e9 volb\u011b ano, resp. jak se c\u00edt\u00edm, kdy\u017e \u0159eknu ne? Vn\u00edmejte, co se d\u011bje ve va\u0161em t\u011ble. Pokud je v t\u011ble uvoln\u011bn\u00ed a proud\u00ed radost, je to jasn\u00e9. Pokud se v\u00e1m za\u010dne stahovat \u017ealudek a c\u00edt\u00edte diskomfort, pod\u00edvejte se, jak\u00e1 va\u0161e \u010d\u00e1st je proti. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je to jen \u201ed\u00edt\u011b v n\u00e1s\u201c, kter\u00e9 se boj\u00ed kroku do nezn\u00e1ma a pot\u0159ebuje ujistit, \u017ee danou volbu zvl\u00e1dnete. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je to hlubok\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee tahle cesta nen\u00ed pro v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lid\u00e9 se kolikr\u00e1t rozhodnut\u00ed boj\u00ed i proto, \u017ee za n\u011bj nesou odpov\u011bdnost, je to tak?<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u0159ijet\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed je aktem vysp\u011blosti. Rozhoduji se, v\u00edm, \u017ee se n\u011bkam pohnu a jsem p\u0159ipraven n\u00e9st d\u016fsledky. Nerozhodnost je naopak neochota n\u00e9st zodpov\u011bdnost za vlastn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed. Pokud nech\u00e1v\u00e1m i v dosp\u011bl\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b o sob\u011b rozhodovat druh\u00e9 tam, kde m\u00e1m mo\u017enost vlastn\u00ed volby, je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee zkr\u00e1tka jen nechci p\u0159ijmout odpov\u011bdnost. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pojedu na dovolenou, kam rozhodne man\u017eel, ale mn\u011b se tam nel\u00edb\u00ed. J\u00e1 jsem ale u\u010dinila rozhodnut\u00ed, \u017ee to nech\u00e1m na n\u011bm. Za to, \u017ee se mi tam nel\u00edb\u00ed, tedy nesu odpov\u011bdnost j\u00e1 sama. Jak vid\u00edte, rozhodujeme se, i kdy\u017e si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee se nerozhodujeme. Pokud ale v\u011bdom\u011b \u010din\u00edm n\u011bjak\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed a jdu za n\u00edm, je v tom velk\u00fd kus vnit\u0159n\u00ed s\u00edly. A v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed n\u00e1s posiluje a \u010din\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On je ale tak\u00e9 rozd\u00edl mezi rozhodnut\u00edm a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm. Co kdy\u017e se n\u011bkdo st\u00e1le jen rozhoduje?<\/strong><br \/>\nRozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed je proces. Nejprve mus\u00edme vid\u011bt, \u017ee v dan\u00e9 oblasti m\u00e1me mo\u017enost volby. Velmi \u010dasto \u017eijeme v domn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee mo\u017enost volby nem\u00e1me, \u017ee na\u0161e situace je dan\u00e1 vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi vlivy a prost\u0159ed\u00edm. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed procesu je tedy i zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1m mo\u017enost volby. Rozhodnut\u00ed je akt. V mysli dojdu a\u017e na m\u00edsto, kde v\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bco ud\u011bl\u00e1m. A pak je t\u0159eba je\u0161t\u011b ten krok ud\u011blat. Nap\u0159\u00edklad za\u010d\u00edt se studiem, s nov\u00fdm n\u00e1vykem, nebo konfrontac\u00ed partnera \u010di odchodem ze vztahu. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159eba v\u00fddr\u017e, schopnost st\u00e1t si za sv\u00fdm a nepolevit p\u0159i prvn\u00edm nezdaru. Vracet se k rozhodnut\u00ed a pokra\u010dovat v jeho napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pomineme-li z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, tak v \u017eivot\u011b uskute\u010d\u0148ujeme jedno rozhodnut\u00ed za druh\u00fdm\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nAno. Rozhodujeme se i t\u00edm, \u017ee rozhodnut\u00ed odkl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee n\u011bjakou situaci ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edme. I to je rozhodnut\u00ed. Je to na\u0161e volba. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee m\u00e1 cenu pr\u00e1v\u011b tohle si uv\u011bdomovat. Pak m\u016f\u017eeme hledat p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu, pro\u010d vol\u00edme pr\u00e1v\u011b takhle. Je to ze strachu? Strach b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dast\u00fdm motivem na\u0161eho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed (kon\u00e1n\u00ed i nekon\u00e1n\u00ed). Neb\u00e1t se u\u010dinit rozhodnut\u00ed podle m\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nem\u00e1m strach ho u\u010dinit, ale \u017ee m\u00e1 touha ho u\u010dinit je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e m\u016fj strach. Touha n\u011bco zm\u011bnit je v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e strach z nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho. Nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho, kter\u00e9 m\u011b bezesporu p\u0159ijet\u00edm rozhodnut\u00ed \u010dek\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tak\u017ee je nutn\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b si uv\u011bdomit na\u0161i touhu? Opravdu siln\u011b tou\u017eit?<\/strong><br \/>\nNa tom \u010dasto pracujeme v terapii. Co si pro sebe p\u0159ejeme? Co pot\u0159ebujeme? Po \u010dem tou\u017e\u00edme? Na\u0161e touhy, to jsme my. Obvykle se boj\u00edme touhy vyjad\u0159ovat, proto\u017ee v takov\u00e9m okam\u017eiku jsme hodn\u011b otev\u0159en\u00ed a zraniteln\u00ed. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee na tom nen\u00ed nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho. Je to nav\u00fdsost lidsk\u00e9. Dot\u00fdk\u00e1me se na\u0161\u00ed hloubky a podstaty. Jsme sami sebou, unik\u00e1tn\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak podobn\u00ed ostatn\u00edm lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 po n\u011b\u010dem tou\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abych mohla ud\u011blat dobr\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, m\u011bla bych asi m\u00edt dobr\u00fd vztah sama k sob\u011b, \u017ee?<\/strong><br \/>\nAno, je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. A je to podle m\u011b pr\u00e1ce na cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Tam m\u00e1me \u010dasto velk\u00e9 rezervy. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee jsou \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1s sam\u00fdch, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me r\u00e1di a jsme s nimi spokojen\u00ed. Jsou ale tak\u00e9 jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00fdch si na sob\u011b nev\u00e1\u017e\u00edme a n\u011bkter\u00e9 dokonce nen\u00e1vid\u00edme. Pokud samu sebe nem\u00e1m r\u00e1da, nebudu pro sebe ani \u010dinit rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou pro m\u011b dobr\u00e1. Nezaslou\u017e\u00edm si to, nezaslou\u017e\u00edm si b\u00fdt \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1 a napln\u011bn\u00e1 a radostn\u00e1. Budu samu sebe sabotovat. Nep\u016fjdu za sv\u00fdmi sny, budu se vymlouvat na spoustu okolnost\u00ed, pro\u010d to nejde. Za t\u00edm ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi negativn\u00ed vztah k sob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak odstranit nezdrav\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, n\u00e1vyky, postoje a nahradit je zdrav\u00fdmi? Zn\u00ed to jednodu\u0161e\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nZ\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, z jak\u00e9ho m\u00edsta rozhodnut\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1m. Zda je to proto, \u017ee se m\u00e1m r\u00e1da, nebo proto, \u017ee se nen\u00e1vid\u00edm. Tohle se m\u016f\u017ee t\u00fdkat t\u0159eba zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy. Kdy\u017e za\u010dnu se zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivou, proto\u017ee se m\u00e1m r\u00e1da a c\u00edt\u00edm, \u017ee mi to d\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e, je mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee u sv\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed z\u016fstanu a nenech\u00e1m se odradit prvn\u00edm nezdarem a poru\u0161en\u00edm pravidel zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy. Na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b je tolerance. D\u011bl\u00e1m chyby, je to v po\u0159\u00e1dku. To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee z\u00edtra nebudu pokra\u010dovat v tom zdrav\u00e9m, co jsem si p\u0159edsevzala. M\u00e1m pro chyby pochopen\u00ed a nezlob\u00edm se za n\u011b na sebe. Pokud se nem\u00e1m r\u00e1da, je pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee si zdrav\u00fd n\u00e1vyk udr\u017e\u00edm, mnohem men\u0161\u00ed. V nejzaz\u0161\u00edm kout\u011b du\u0161e toti\u017e nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee si to zaslou\u017e\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolik \u010dasu pot\u0159ebujeme na zm\u011bnu? \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee 21 dn\u00ed&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nM\u00e1te pravdu, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 se to. J\u00e1 na tahle tabulkov\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla moc nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd, m\u00e1me individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby a jsme r\u016fzn\u011b nastaven\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 jde o to, co chceme zm\u011bnit. Pokud chci p\u0159enastavit j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, hodn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 je to prvn\u00edch t\u0159icet dn\u00ed. Po t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch u\u017e je t\u011blo p\u0159ivyknut\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b a star\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky postupn\u011b zapom\u00edn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pak jsou tu jin\u00e9 zm\u011bny, zm\u011bna povol\u00e1n\u00ed nebo t\u0159eba pr\u00e1v\u011b ta zm\u011bna vztahu k sob\u011b\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nBudu mluvit o sob\u011b. Odej\u00edt z presti\u017en\u00edho povol\u00e1n\u00ed advok\u00e1tky se mi poda\u0159ilo rychle. Ale \u00fapln\u011b opustit pr\u00e1vnickou profesi a naj\u00edt sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto v jin\u00e9m povol\u00e1n\u00ed mi trvalo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 deset let. A zm\u011bna nastaven\u00ed k sob\u011b sam\u00e9 \u2013 na tom pracuji po\u0159\u00e1d. Poda\u0159ilo se mi postupn\u011b p\u0159estat se pl\u00edsnit za sv\u00e9 nedostatky a chyby, m\u00edt se r\u00e1da i s nimi a rozhodovat se podle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb a p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed. To bych cht\u011bla p\u0159ed\u00e1vat i sv\u00fdm klient\u016fm a klientk\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u0161echno je tedy na\u0161e volba?<\/strong><br \/>\nV\u0161echno ur\u010dit\u011b ne.
