Person-Centered Approach (psychotherapy focused on the person, C. Rogers) – The foundation of this therapy is empathy, acceptance, authenticity, and the therapist’s non-directiveness.
My specialization is Play Therapy. Through play, children process and become aware of their emotions, which enables them to self-actualization.

Gestalt Therapy – A form-based therapy, focusing on completing unfinished experiences, creative adjustment, emphasis on the present moment, dialogical approach, inclusion of the body, creativity, and experimentation (e.g. role-playing).

Hypnotherapy (M. Erickson) – Working with relaxation, hypnosis, and narrative techniques.
